Frequently Asked Questions

  • All rooms come fully set up and ready to use. Self Portrait Room bookings include lighting, backdrops, and props. Podcast Room bookings include mics, interface, and acoustic setup. Maker Lab bookings include table space, basic supplies, and cleanup access.

  • You can arrive up to 10 minutes before your session start time. Please plan your setup within your booked hours — sessions begin and end on time out of respect for other creators.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance receive a full credit toward a future booking. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the full session fee.

  • Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own camera, lenses, lighting equipment, or props. Studio equipment is always available as a supplement.
